Driver's Licence / Carteira de Habilitação

I have good news! I did pass my driving test. About two months ago I have done the written test which I just had two mistakes but I passed it on my second try. I have to tell you that first time I didn't study before I had taken the test, I know I'm wrong and it is not kind of think that I usually do, but at least I tried and I'm glad I didn't get it. The good thing is that I didn't pay for that. The written test is free the first two times and the third time you pay for it ($10).
I have been nervous since Monday and trying to practice parking my car in two different ways: reverse parking and parallel park.
I was to the point where I was just frustated. I practiced lots of times without getting my car in the right spot although I felt so proud of myself when I found out I have really good skills at parking cars. I just needed to practice and stop running off of parking my car in difficult spots.
During the road test I had to drive around the city, reverse parking and parallel parking. We barely left the place and the driving instructor asked me to turn left and two blocks ahead I have to reverse park my car. It was challenge but I knew I could do it - and I did.
I didn't have too many mistakes in the road test. He told me that when I make a left turn with the traffic light green I can approach with the car's wheels straight and when I have a change, go ahead and make a turn.
Possibly in 4 or 6 weeks they will mail my driver's licence for me. I'm impressed how cheap it is, I just payed $24 to get it.
I'm feeling more confidence to drive around having my Minnesota Driver's Licence.

Eu tenho uma ótima novidade! Passei no teste prático de direção. Há mais ou menos 2 meses atrás eu fiz o teste teórico o qual eu cometi apenas dois erros. Eu tenho que admitir que na primeira vez que eu fiz o teste teórico eu praticamente não tinha estudado. E eu sei que estou errada e eu não sou o tipo de pessoa que simplesmente faz um teste sem estudar. Pelo menos eu tentei e estou muito feliz que eu não consegui. Eu não merecia. O lado bom é que eu não paguei por isso. O teste escrito é gratuito nas duas vezes e numa terceira tentativa voce tem que pagar 10 dólares.
Eu estava nervosa desde segunda-feira e praticando estacionar meu carro em garagem de ré e baliza. Eu me senti mal por muitas vezes não conseguir e quase bater a traseira do carro no cone, no entanto, me senti muito impressionada com minhas habilidades adquiridas com a prática. E me dei conta de que sou uma boa motorista no aspecto estacionar carros. Eu precisava e ainda preciso parar de evitar estacionar meu carro em lugares difíceis.
No teste eu precisei dirigir pela cidade, estacionar de ré e fazer baliza. Mal saimos do local, o instrutor pediu para eu virar a esquerda e dois quarteirões a frente, tive que estacionar de ré. Isso parecia difícil, mas eu acreditei que eu conseguiria e consegui.
Eu não cometi muitos erros durante o teste, o que ele citou foi que na hora de virar a esquerda no semáforo eu não preciso ficar na pista, eu posso avançar um pouco, manter as rodas retas e esperar o transito permitir que eu prossiga.
Provavelmente em 4 ou 6 semanas receberei minha habilitação em casa, a qual custou apenas $24.
Sinto-me mais tranquila para dirigir aqui tendo a carteira de habilitação de Minnesota.
